More than 70 images all printed on traditional Korean mulberry paper, Han-Ji, were displayed by hanging them with rusted construction rods. Those images echo the loss and abandonment of the old village. Instead of printing on a traditional glossy paper, where colors are too often over-powering, Han-Ji’s subdued texture and rustic colors were harmonious with the humble vacant houses that I observed.
